The Rooftop
Enjoy a movie beneath the stars with your friends and family on The Rooftop at The Last Picture House. Relax in our comfortable loungers or curl up by the fire pit while watching one of your favorite classics. Take in sweeping views of the Mississippi River. Need a refreshment? Our rooftop bar is fully stocked, and our concession stand downstairs serves Lopiez Pizza, hot dogs, popcorn, candy, and more. The Rooftop at The Last Picture House is one of the only combined outdoor cinema and lounge in the nation, right in the heart of downtown Davenport! ROOFTOP HOURS The rooftop will be open during the warmer months, seven days a week (weather permitting). Hours are Monday through Thursday 3:00 PM to midnight, Friday and Saturday 11:00 AM to 1:00 AM, and Sunday 11:00 AM to midnight. Ticketed movie screenings will be Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays starting after sunset.
The Tangled Wood - Restaurant & Gastropub
Upon conception, our vision for The Tangled Wood was for Quad Citizens to have a low-key, high-functioning gathering place. It was the next stage in the evolution of the beloved local bar, Governor’s. We believe the new name and vibe embrace the scale and setting of the new location along with the communal feel we are striving for. After all, this wasn’t meant to be just any restaurant where you eat and run. Nope! The Tangled Wood was designed to be a full-on Quad Cities restaurant destination for great food, a variety of drinks and plentiful fun. So, we opened up the restaurant on January 14, 2019, and then got to work on the 8,000 square foot adult playground (kid-friendly, too)!
